Have you always wanted to make a difference in the lives of your neighbors? CARES allows you to do just that! Prestonwood CARES Teams (a married couple, family, or two single adults) are placed into apartment communities in and around Plano to assist management in building authentic community, and serving residents. These teams receive a rent-free apartment and commit approximately 10 hours per week (per team member) to the community. As a Prestonwood CARES Team, you recognize that residents want more than just a place to live—they want a community of friends, a place to belong, and a caring touch. CARES Teams are neighbors who make an apartment a home!
Prestonwood CARES Teams do things that flow naturally out of the Christian lifestyle: welcoming new residents, planning social functions, and caring in times of need. Make an eternal difference in the lives of your neighbors—and have FUN doing it!
